SPEAKER BIOS

Executive Director Jason Shelley, Hon. AIA, brings together architects to help them grow professionally while also advocating for public policies that protect and improve the value, health, safety and sustainability of Indiana communities. Jason has been executive director since 2007. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University. When Jason isn’t talking about the importance of architecture, he’s on the road cheering on his favorite IndyCar teams.

Juliana Rohrmoser is a marketing professional based in Indianapolis, originally from San José, Costa Rica. Juliana currently serves as Marketing Manager for RATIO Design where she works directly with designers on over 30 design award submissions a year. Her work is rooted in creativity, relationship-building, and cultural perspective. She brings a strategic and people-centered approach to marketing, shaped by her international background and a strong belief in the power of inclusive storytelling. Juliana was part of the inaugural class of the University of Indianapolis’ Women’s Executive Leadership Institute and is currently working on her MBA at Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
